• Respecting X's rate limits (500 messages per day)
• Not attempting to circumvent X's technical measures or restrictions
• Not using our service to violate X's spam policies
• Not engaging in activities that could lead to your X account being suspended or terminated
• Not using our service to access X data for users who have not explicitly authorized such access

Reaxh is not responsible for any actions taken by X against your account for violations of their terms.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our service to:

• Illegal Content: Post, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
• Spam: Send unsolicited messages, advertisements, or promotions that constitute spam. This includes sending messages to users who have not expressed interest in your content or services.
• Harassment: Engage in targeted harassment, threats, or intimidation of individuals or groups.
• Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Malware: Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code or content.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or third-party systems.
• Data Mining: Engage in unauthorized data mining, scraping, or extraction of information from X or our platform.
• Service Disruption: Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers or networks connected to our services.
• Fraudulent Activity: Engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to false advertising, scams, or phishing attempts.

4. Content Guidelines

When using our service to create and send messages, you must adhere to the following content guidelines:

• Messages must be respectful and professional
• Messages must not contain misleading or false information
• Messages must not contain hate speech, discriminatory content, or offensive material
• Messages must not promote illegal activities or products
• Messages must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Messages must not contain excessive use of hashtags, mentions, or links designed to manipulate X's algorithms

5. Account Usage

To maintain the integrity of our service and ensure compliance with X's policies, you must:

• Use only X accounts that you own or have explicit permission to use
• Ensure your X account is at least 6 months old with a Premium subscription
• Maintain at least 10 open conversations on X before using our automated messaging features
• Not create multiple Reaxh accounts to circumvent usage limitations or suspensions
• Not share your Reaxh account credentials with unauthorized users
• Not use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with our platform outside of our provided API

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

Reaxh reserves the right to monitor compliance with this AUP. We may take any of the following actions in response to violations:

• Issue warnings to users who violate the policy
• Temporarily suspend access to our services
• Permanently terminate access to our services
• Remove or disable content that violates this policy
• Report violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Take legal action to remedy violations

The severity of our response will depend on the nature and frequency of the violations.

7. Reporting Violations
